“It’s like we are in an abusive relationship with the country we love” – Banky W cries out over unrest in Nigeria

Popular music star, Banky W has lamented over the rate of unrest and insecurity in the country, Nigeria.

According to the father of one, every day Nigerians wake up to hear one bad news or the other, he asserted that the bad news in the country has become so much that the masses are now getting numb to them.

He further chipped in that it seems like we are in an abusive relationship with our beloved country.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, he wrote:

“So much bad news in Nigeria every day… we’ve become numb to it. If it’s not murder and kidnapping, it’s unrest and people unfit for office calling the shots. It’s like we are in an abusive relationship with the country we love. It’s exhausting. It’s draining. It’s depressing.”
