The Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee INEC has offered a Certificates of Return to Anambra governor-elect, Professor Charles Soludo.

The certificates was offered to him this afternoon, November 12 in Awka, the state capital.

 

The previous CBN governor, Charles Soludo gained 19 out of the 21 native authorities areas within the state governorship election
