Sylvester Oromoni, father of late Sylvester Oromoni Jnr, has vowed to not bury his son even when takes him 30 years to get justice.

 

The heartbroken father said this whereas reacting to Lagos state Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu’s assertion that the autopsies carried out on the late Dowen School pupil’s physique in Warri and Lagos respectively, confirmed he died a pure loss of life.

Mr Oromoni informed The Punch;

 

“The household doesn’t have energy. We solely depend on God. In the event that they insist that the varsity will reopen, there isn’t any drawback. If God retains me for 20 or 30 years, I’ll comply with up this case. Authorities will come, the federal government will go. I’m not bothered. The soul of that boy is crying spherical. God is alive; He can’t be bribed.

My son won’t ever be buried. If it takes me 30 years to get justice, he would stay there (within the mortuary). He’s my son; I received’t bury him. Nigerians ought to look past what they’re saying.”

Requested if he had any doubt over the post-mortem launched by the state authorities, he replied;

“Have they got any post-mortem report? They don’t have any. The physician that did the post-mortem in Delta State was beneficial by the Space Commander. He isn’t the household physician. We don’t know him. Our lawyer utilized to the Space Command to get a duplicate of the post-mortem.”
