Has Jessica Simpson lost weight?

After the birth of her third child, Jessica Simpson lost 100 pounds. Simpson said on a recent episode of “The Real” that losing weight this time took her three years.

Simpson stated she ate three healthy, protein-rich meals and two snacks per day, such as almonds. Instead of cheat days, she would have many cheat meals throughout the week, so she didn’t feel deprived of her favourite foods.

Jessica also claimed that she began by setting a small daily goal of 6,000 steps and gradually increased her step count until she was able to reach 12,000 steps in a single day. She even went up to 14,000 feet on occasion.
