Goodluck Jonathan’s cousin abducted by gunmen

Suspected kidnappers have kidnapped former president, Goodluck Jonathan’s cousin, Jephthah Robert in Bayelsa.

In accordance with experiences, he was kidnapped by gunmen at 9:30pm on Tuesday outdoors his home round Dimrose Highway in Yenagoa.

The sufferer is the elder brother of Azibaola Robert, who’s the Founder and Chief Govt Officer of Zeetin Engineering Restricted.

The state police spokesman, SP Asinim Butswat, confirmed the incident in response to The Punch.

Butswat stated; “He was picked up at Dimrose Highway in Yenagoa. We’re intensifying effort to rescue him and arrest the abductors.

“We’re engaged on a promising lead.”

This comes barely 24 hours after the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Trade, Commerce and Funding, Federal Otokito, was launched by his abductors.
