Famous Hollywood actor, Ezra Miller has disclosed he has begun treatment after experiencing an “intense crisis.”

This comes after a series of court cases dating to 2020, for issues related to his mental condition.

In a statement sent to E!, Miller issued an apology to everyone he let down from his past behaviour.

The statement read: “Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment.

“I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behaviour.”

Miller noted that he is committed to performing the necessary work to go back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in his life.

The actor was in May arrested for second-degree assault after an alleged incident in Hawaii.

The Hawaii Police Department reported that Miller allegedly got upset after being asked to leave a private residence in a subdivision in Puna and threw a chair, “striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead.”

He was, however, released while undergoing investigation.

Miller was subsequently arrested in late March, for harassment but was later freed after posting $500 bail.
