Buhari sympathises with ex-PDP chairman over killing of brother, sister’s abduction by bandits

President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday sympathised with former PDP Nationwide Chairman, Adamu Muazu, over the killing of his brother and abduction of his sister by bandits.

This was contained in a press release by Garba Shehu, Senior Particular Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity.

President Buhari mentioned: “I’m shocked and outraged by the story of the killing of your brother and the kidnapping of your sister by bandits. This double tragedy is especially transferring. I do know it’s arduous to deal with the load of this tragedy in your loved ones. I really feel your ache.

“Let me use this chance to reassure you and different Nigerians at present going through threats from the atrocities of the bandits that I’ll go away no stone unturned to make sure these enemies of humanity are lastly crushed and decisively defeated.”

The President mentioned, “Safety is my fixed concern and I’ve stored the service chiefs on their toes to make sure that they provide you with a decisive resolution to finish this menace.”

He prayed to God “to forgive the soul of the deceased and grant the household fortitude to beat this double tragedy.”
