Buhari appoints 75-year-old Kingibe as Special Envoy to Chad, Lake Basin

President Muhammadu Buhari has permitted the appointment of Ambassador Babagana Kingibe, as his Particular Envoy with Cupboard Rank Standing, to Chad and the Lake Chad Basin Area.
