Beyonce’s new visual album “Lemonade” premiered on HBO Saturday, April 23, 2016.

Who is Becky? Beyonce’s new album and HBO special, both titled “Lemonade,” have called attention to allegations Jay Z cheated on her in 2014. Rumor is the infidelity inspired her sister, Solange, to famously fight the rapper in an elevator, but his mistress has never been identified. On “Sorry,” Mrs. Carter sings “He better call Becky with the good hair,” and model Rachel Roy suggested she’s “Becky” with an Instagram photo bragging about her “good hair.” Since then, she’s been viciously attacked on social media by the “Beyhive” (plus TV chef Rachael Ray, because their names look similar). Roy, who was married to Jay Z’s former business partner Damon Dash, later said she respects marriages but has no tolerance for bullying. “Lemonade” is streaming on Tidal and available for purchase on iTunes.

World music star Papa Wemba is dead at 66 after collapsing on stage during a concert Saturday in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The African singer, known as “the king of Congolese rumba,” was taken to a nearby hospital but was unable to be revived; an official cause of death has not been named. The colorful Wemba, whose real name was Jules Shungu Wembadio Pene Kikumba, performed with the bands Zaiko Langa and Viva La Musica, collaborating with Peter Gabriel in the ’90s.

And the fate of Jon Snow has been revealed on “Game of Thrones.” The season 6 premiere Sunday night answered the question about the Night’s Watch commander right at the beginning of the episode. However, HitFix points out fans are still holding out hope that magic could bring him back to life so Davos can fulfill Melisandre’s vision. Otherwise, “GoT” — which HBO is now advancing past the “A Song of Fire and Ice” books because George R.R. Martin is too slow of a writer — still contains the same bold mix of sex, violence and fantasy.
