Operatives of the Enugu Command of the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee, EFCC have arrested 16 suspected web fraudsters in three separate sting operations within the Monarch space, New Haven Extension and Fortress Majestic Resort, Ogui Highway, Enugu.

The suspects have been arrested following verified intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet-related fraud actions. A part of the intelligence indicated that suspected web fraudsters have been working from Fortress Majestic Resort, Enugu. Based mostly on the intelligence, and weeks of surveillance, a search warrant was executed on the power on Thursday September 16, 2021.

Among the many suspects arrested are: Agbo Paschal, Anthony Ogbu Uzochukwu, Ejiofor, Uchenna Ejiofor Chikora, Ezihe Victor, Nnaji Onyedikachi Christian, Eke Ike, Ogbodo Arinze, Ogbodo Ebube, Ogbu Chinedu, Ossai Chinedu and Udey Ifeanyi.
