Kenya’s Directorate of Prison Investigations has launched a manhunt for a 15-year-old juvenile who allegedly stabbed her 18-year-old brother Anthony Nganga to loss of life with a kitchen knife.

DCI detectives primarily based at Githunguri took up the case after the juvenile’s uncle, John Wangendo filed a report at Kibichoi Police Station. Wangendo alleged that the juvenile killed her brother after they disagreed on the way to spend ksh200 their mom had given them to purchase meals.

The company’s assertion learn;

“The uncle recounted to our officers how a bitter confrontation ensued between the 2 after the 15-year-old lady demanded to be given the cash to make her hair, as an alternative of shopping for meals. However when her elder brother would hear non of it, she picked a kitchen knife and stabbed him leaving him unconscious in a pool of blood. She then fled the scene leaving the homicide weapon behind.”

Anthony was rushed to Kigumo degree 4 hospital by his uncle, the place he was pronounced useless on arrival. In the meantime, his physique has been preserved on the similar facility for postmortem.

Crime detectives have since visited the scene and picked up essential proof, related to bringing the suspect to justice.
